We had an excellent experience working with Inspired Builders. Joseph was our project manager and guided us through a full bathroom relocation from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, and the project stayed well organized throughout. They also have an in-house designer who helped us select all the finish materials, which made the process much easier and less stressful. On top of that, we were able to take advantage of their contractor discounts on materials, which was a big plus. We bought a house in Pleasanton that was a perfect location for our family, but the inside needed quite a bit of work. The projects included re-wiring the entire house, remodeling a guest bathroom, completely remodeling the kitchen, removing a wall, redoing flooring, drywall, insulation, and updating the laundry room. After interviewing 6+ contractors we decided on Inspired Builders and are extremely happy with our decision. Our project manager Eden was with us from the very first meeting and was instrumental to making sure the entire process went smoothly. Eden was very responsive & professional, explain (and followed through on) the company's remodeling process which included a designer, 3D renderings, help with materials, tight timelines, and a 'no surprise' promise. We purchased our house in the summer and wanted to move quickly to be able to finish the remodel before the holidays and Inspired Builders got it done for us. They did pre-signing meetings with us, handled all the permits, met us to finalize the design and materials, and communicated an appropriate amount during the entire process. We chose to move out of our house for 2 months so this communication was very welcomed. They were very reasonable with the minor changes we requested mid-build, and kept their promise to not charge me extra for any surprises that we encountered during demolition/construction. Even the crew literally working and painting our house was very friendly, clean, and helped us with questions when we would occasionally visit. The final results look incredible and all of our family is amazed to see the transformation. My wife says she feels like we are living in "one of those houses from a magazine". We intend to hire them to finish the rest of the house when we are ready.

We worked with Eden on our recent kitchen remodel and would recommend him to anyone looking to start their next project. From start to finish he was helpful, communicative, and proactively worked with us through the inevitable ups and downs of construction. We’re very happy with the final product.
