Jill is amazing! Anyone would be lucky to work with her. She went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. I also got to work with Marci and these ladies are the best. I have purchased 3 homes and by far this has been the best experience.
I absolutely love this builder and I am so excited for my home to be completed. Marci is my sales consultant and she is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with her. Jill is the other consultant there in the office and she has been so very helpful and kind every time I’ve come in. If you are looking for a new home… this is by far the best option I’ve found in the area! Sales team is exceptional and will be a pleasure to work with. The construction team is also on point and very informative. I get updates with photos as my home is being built. Over all a great team and awesome community!

Mattamy Homes truly impressed me with their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in to the model homes and was greeted by Jill Thompson, I knew there was something special to this community. I have worked with many sales reps in my career, and she truly went above and beyond. When it was time to meet with the builder and walk through my home prior to closing, I was expecting to find many items still needing to be completed or repaired. Which is pretty common in the new build process. Nope ! Ricardo Bermudez did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything about the home and made sure I knew that him and his team were there for anything I needed even after closing.
