*** edited to adThe same young man called me back, gave me some info to folliw up with. He apologized and gave me a few leads. I appreciated his attention to the matter. Thank you for goi g above and beyond.***I called on an electrical question on my Cavco home and the young salesman that answered was so rude. Even if he didn't have an answer, there is no need to be disrespectful and rude.
I would put minus but this system will not allow it.Where do I start.....terrible!!!My home had a lot of issues but I was given a number of excuses by Matt. I home was never detailed or cleaned before delivery. Matt never would return my phone calls. They left rickety steps at my house when they set it up. I called and called and ask them to come and remove them....they never did.I finally needed to pay someone to remove them. There set up people let the electrical box laying on the ground. They let botls and debri all over for me to clean up ( a lot of it). There custmer service is the worst the gal answering the phone always acted as if I was a real pain in the ........When I called.I could go on but you get the idea.
My fiancé and I have been looking at Manufactured homes for weeks. We decided on Cavco as a builder we wanted to go to do to the gorgeous number 10 model that they had for viewing at the park. I walked in this morning 07/27/2021 at 9:13AM to try to set an appointment with a realtor to get more information on how to get the ball rolling on buying a home from them. I had walked in and spoken with an elderly man and informed him I was about two years out from wanting to move into my home. He immediately stomped on my dreams. HE LAUGHED AT ME. He informed me that it took two years just to build the house, which blows my mind when build times for actual neighborhoods six months!! He then told me I was pretty much wasting my time. And I went to leave and he then threw at me “Well we can start today, we just need 1000$” It felt so scammy and scary. And so not something I wanted to experience as a first time home buyer. It was rude, mean, and unprofessional.
Very nice homes from Small to double-wide. The double-wide we looked at. Was set up like a ranch style house and you would not believe you were in a mobile home when you're inside this place. The layout was awesome the fireplace Absolutely, beautiful. Soon as I get the deed for the land I bought in Whispering Springs. I'm having it delivered.
A lot of resort homes to choose from. There are more different layouts, just ask the staff. I would like to have 1-br with loft unit as tiny homes and minimalism are in..:)
