Alair

Christopher and team once again exceeded our expectations. He worked with us on a very short timeline to renovate an apartment for my elderly mother and did a great job : updated bathrooms, carpeting, doors, custom closets, painting, removing the popcorn ceiling, etc. He was incredibly patient with mom and made sure we were able to get everything done on time and on budget. This is our third renovation project with Chris and his team, and we've never been disappointed. We highly recommend Alair Homes Surrey.

We worked with Chris to renovate several parts of our home. I appreciated his attention to details, management skills and quick problem solving abilities. The end product of our kitchens and bathroom turned out beautiful. We recommend working with Chris from Alair Homes if you need renovations done!

Christopher and his team designed my new space. Through their unique planning stage, I was presented with lots of wonderful ideas and cost saving options so when we went into construction, it was exactly what was agreed upon without any surprises. Christopher is very professional and manage his trades closely. Christopher has excellent communication skill. He is detail oriented and thinks it through before acting on it. He has a good eye for design and functional space. He did a large renovation for us while we were living in the house. He always reminded everyone to maintain clean and safe work space. Overall, he is reliable, on-time and on budget, approachable and passionate about his work. I highly recommend Christopher and Alair Homes Surrey.

We used Alair Homes Surrey to renovate the main floor of our home and add an addition to the back. Through the whole project Bobby and the Alair team were great. The communication all the way from the initial planning to the end of the project was first class. Sticking to the budget was very important to us and Bobby made sure we were on track and the clarity we had with Alair’s system was very helpful in what can be a stressful process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bobby and the Alair Homes Surrey Team.
