Foundation Homes of CNY built us an absolutely fantastic house. We love our new home. When supply issues out of their control popped up they let us know right away and kept on top of things they could do to expedite the process for us. The builders app they use is super helpful and you can see in real time each day your home being built. We were down on Long Island during the building process so this was such a great way to stay connected and involved through out. Kudos to our Project Manager Bryan who went above and beyond for us, staying late or doing tasks on his day off to get things done for us. Their carpentry staff do phenomenal work with very elegant and high end craftsmanship details on the trim and moldings. They did a fabulous job on the French Doors for the Den. Christie Milback has an excellent record keeping system so we were never surprised or caught off guard with expenses. Everything matched up perfectly with our budget and we knew exactly what to expect the whole time. We highly recommend building with Foundation Homes of CNY.

I had clients build with FH in Baldwinsville. Not only was it a pretty seamless process, but they build a a great home with phenonemal craftsmanship. I have worked with many other builders, and for some reason there is always issues and the homes are never done on time. That was not the case here. It was delivered ahead of schedule. Very happy with our decision to work with Ron and Foundation Homes. While other builders tried to give us an elaborate sales pitch, Ron was laid back and easy to work with from the beginning. Ron is always responsive anytime we have questions, which is huge during/after the building process. Since this was our first new build, we had/still have a lot of questions! I would highly recommend working with Ron to anyone I know. We are very happy with our new custom home!
