This was our first experience building a new home. It was surprisingly easy! Andrew (Martin) is very straight forward and cares about building a qualityhome. We were admittedly, very picky customers,and we were not disappointed!Andrew evaluated the lot before we purchased, which was reassuring. During the planning we met several times with the architect, and Andrew made cost saving suggestions which was great.Andrew's team was truly wonderful. We can't say enough about Scott, Mike, Rob, Rich, and Bill. They took our happiness seriously! They were experienced professionals and craftmanship was excellent. They communicated well amongst themselves, as well as with us, and the subs.We were free to talk to anyone on site at anytime.The atmosphere was very open and calm.Andrew kept us updated, responded promptly to any phone calls/texts, and met with us on site as needed. If there was a choice to be made he always chose the better option. He took good care of us throughout the process!We feel we got a beautiful, high quality home, at a fair price. It has been almost a year since Martin Custom Homes built our dream home. We moved in mid October as our contract stated. Martin Custom Homes built a house for us 13 years ago. We were so happy, that they just built us a new house in a different location. They are easy to work with, honest, professional, and build quality houses. They were quick to respond to questions, phone calls, and texts.
