We have been in our Smolen built custom ranch for about two months now and are pleased to write a review. John promised that he and his team would "walk us through the process and hold our hand as needed." And they did just that! If John didn't answer his cell he would return our call within 5 minutes. And Tommy, his on site guy, is truly a saint...patient, professional and always accommodating. Will not even try to name all of those who worked on the house but suffice it to say they were all terrific without exception. The house itself is all that we wanted (and more) and we could not be happier. If you want quality and incredible attention to detail John Smolen is who you want to work with. Early in our dealings, John promised that he would build us a home we would love, and he did just that!
