What a great experience we had with Suprema Homes, from the home design to the construction process. Paul was helpful with choosing designs and Bryan keep the construction build on time and a head of schedule. If you have land you are wanting to build a home on, Suprema Homes is the builder for you. We absolutely recommend them for your home builder.
Just a little background here: my parents are building their retirement home and I'm their more tech-savvy child trying to facilitate this process for them.We first met with Paul at his Tacoma office and it was a great look at the quality to be expected from Suprema. The samples of wood, color, and finishes were all available from our first meeting, so we weren't left wondering on the basics. A nice, streamlined touch were the dual tablets, where he would make changes to the estimate in real-time based on our requests and we could see how + why the quote changed the way it did. Seriously, he was absolutely thorough, which was a nice surprise since we weren't expecting such detailed straightforwardness from the get-go. For the record, we have talked to three other builders before this, so the next-level professionalism left an impression on us.Other highlights from our experience:1. Really fast turnaround time for the building plan. We were expecting months but, boy, it took just a couple weeks. The building plans were super detailed and already just pretty to look at. My dad kept admiring it the same way a kid admires toys in a shop.2. Our project manager, Brad, was quick to go out and take a look at our lot. He showed an in-depth knowledge on how the house build would work best on our lot and possible solutions to any snags that could occur.3. Both were quick and responsive to implement change orders at our request. They also were clear on how it would change the final price so we could prepare ourselves with the loan lender. Oh, that too, they were open to working with any loan lender we chose, which was a relief.4. You really get a bang for your buck. The designs we checked out were modern and beautiful. Yet, somehow, they kept the final price reasonable without sacrificing on aesthetic (again, when comparing to other builders). And, here, I shall end on a short testimonial from my parents: "All in all, Suprema was great to work with. For those still construction hunting, you don't need to look around. Be rest assured that Suprema will take of your needs, take care of you, cooperate, and always be transparent. I totally reccomend them to you. I'm grateful I found them."
I had a similar experience to 99% of the reviews here. I shopped around all of the major builders here in the North West and dealt with all of their sales team. Suprema stood out to me for a couple of reasons. Firstly, their reviews are overwhelmingly positive and you just don't see that with other builders. I know they are a newer company but in my dealings with them it is evident they are working hard to build a company with integrity and putting customer needs first. That makes a huge difference against the churn and burn sales philosophy you see with many other builders that push you to sign a contract as soon as possible. Even our feasibility company recommended them as the builder they have had the least issues with (as well as sharing some nightmare stories about some of the other major builders). They also have some great house plans. But, at the end of the day for us it was the attention and genuine interest in our family and our needs that set Paul and the Suprema team apart. Whether you build with them or not, it is worth a conversation with Paul as he has many years of experience and I found his guidance invaluable. I trust him and the team to do what they promise, and that sets them apart in the residential building industry.
We had a wonderful experience working with Paul (Suprema Homes). From our very first conversation, he made us feel welcome and valued. What truly sets Suprema apart is not just their beautifully designed homes, but the way they build genuine, lasting relationships with potential homeowners.Although we weren’t able to move forward with building through Suprema due to land restrictions beyond our control, Paul remained incredibly supportive, patient, and helpful throughout. I truly hope to build my dream home with Suprema Homes in the future. If you're looking to build a high-quality, thoughtfully designed home with a builder that truly cares, Suprema Homes should be at the top of your list.
Back in 2020 my husband and I sold our house and bought property in Shelton wa and planned on building a house. We found Suprema Homes after dealing with different home builders! We called and met up with Paul spring of 2021 we were invited into his lovely home and treated like friends we haven’t seen in years absolutely took us by surprise! We picked out our counter tops and cupboards and flooring with his wonderful wife’s help she was amazing!! It was like girls shopping had a blast. We left there and we ran into property issues that lasted over a year in a half. Paul was very supportive and patient with us during that whole ordeal.. I even started to feel guilty about making them wait for so long. Always a road block always had something else to do to move forward! But Paul would always call and check in with us. Almost every week to two weeks he would call. Finally got everything done with the county we were able to move forward! We started in December of 2023 we got the okay to move in on June 6th 2024! Every step of the house was right on time. Their independent contractors were amazing always respectful. If we had any issues with the progress Paul or Brandon were right there with us explaining or correcting the issue. Very rarely there was an issue! We waited 3 years for a house! Lived in a toy hauler with two kids. This house is perfect, beautiful and worth every minute we waited. Brandon and Paul you guys build beautiful homes and if we ever decide to build again your our #1 call! Thank you for everything you guys did!
