Matt's team built a wonderful DADU/garage for us last year, and are currently building a second storey addition to the existing house. Their service is outstanding - with their own in house design team, it's easy to create your dream, and with their practical experience of the building industry and knowledge of construction code, they can work to make it happen. The build process was pretty smooth overall, and there were no unexpected budget overruns. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Tacoma DADU was great to work with. I know we were one of the early DADU projects and they did a wonderful job. There were a ton of decisions to be made as far as finishes and other details but working with Matt Rody and their foreman on our project made it very straightforward. They finished building our 3 car garage with the 2 bedroom apartment above in December of 2022 and we are still very happy with the whole process and the finished product

I can not recommend Tacoma DADU enough. They built a DADU for me in Lakewood. Throughout the whole process I was updated on timelines, the different challenges and how they were resolved. Not once did I ever have to worry about the details as they took care of it all. Truly a “white glove” service. I was involved as much as I wanted to be but was never burdened with decisions. The final product was beautiful and just how I envisioned it. Thank you Tacoma DADU!
