Finally moved in to our home in Fallschase built by Premier! We got to see the entire process from choosing our lot all the way through the build and walkthrough. Working with Lindsey Begue was wonderful! She kept us updated on the entire process and was always available to answer questions and let us see the house as it was built. We can't rave enough about the customer care and quality that the builders took. The final walkthroughs were extremely detailed and touch ups were completed as soon as possible. It was a wonderful experience and extremely simple process and we couldn't be happier!

My sister snd I moved into a Premier home in the Glen subdivision 20 years ago. My sisters house was the first one purchased in the Glen. Our complaint is with the choice of landscaping they put in when they designed the subdivision. They just put any tree or plant in, probably the cheapest, just to fill the space. They gave no thought to whether or not the tree would be the appropriate plant for the space provided. The oak they planted in the small front yard has grown huge, roots everywhere reeking havoc. The other bushes, plants they planted were too big to be planted so close to the house. It is like this all over the neighborhood. Now, when we’re older, we have to deal with the extra expense and physical challenge of removing and maintaining their poorly planned landscaping. Profit over quality.
These houses are very beautiful. I was telling the lady who welcomed me into one of the homes about what we were looking for and she said she would try to help and give us what we were looking for and promised to send me more information. I gave her my email and phone number..... I haven't heard a single thing from her. Its been about a week. Our family wants to find a mother and law suite in Tallahassee and she kept suggesting building a home but without a mother and law suite which I found that interesting that she kept suggesting the Jefferson layout to build with... I had said originally that wasn't really the interest I had for my family. So I'm not sure what to think but if they really did want to sell, I would expect their customer service to be a little more hands on and reaching out to us. Like I said beautiful homes but lacking on the relationship to their customers from what I've experienced personally.
