C & C Homes

The Builders at C&C Homes & the entire team that is behind them is unmatched to any other builder in South Tampa. I've personally represented them on the listing side, buying side and not only are they responsive, but their homes have so much attention to detail & unlike anything being built. The homes they build are truly "Custom Spec" without needing to decide anything because the designer has such incredible taste! They're one of my favorites & the best to work with!

We just closed on a home with C&C in Tampa Florida and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. They were so easy to work with from start to finish — incredibly helpful, accommodating, responsive, and just genuinely pleasant people all around. The home itself is absolutely beautiful. The level of detail and quality craftsmanship truly sets C&C apart. You can feel the care that goes into every finish and design choice. One of the most thoughtful touches was that they hand-wrote a note to my clients for closing day to congratulate them. It meant so much and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. Truly 10/10 across the board. An awesome team building beautiful homes.

Now that some time has passed since the closing of 3605 S Belcher Drive in South Tampa, I feel confident sharing an honest and thoughtful review of C & C Homes. The home my clients purchased was truly one of a kind—what drew them in was the distinctiveness of the design, the quality of the finishes, and the overall uniqueness that set it apart from other new construction properties. Throughout the transaction, C & C Homes demonstrated excellent communication. They were responsive, collaborative, and accessible—even during evenings and weekends. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident in the final product, which reflected great attention to detail and pride in their work. As a Realtor representing my clients, what stood out most was the genuine care C & C Homes showed throughout the entire process. Their attentiveness and integrity made me proud to be part of the transaction—knowing that, in the end, it’s all about the lasting memories my clients will create in their new home. This is how lasting memories begin—with care, quality, and heart. Thank you Ryan and the entire C & C Quality Homes Team.

C&C Homes built our custom home in 2021 and we couldn't be happier. Ryan and Raydale are amazing and our project manager Stephen was a delight. From helping us find the lot to build on, to designing the floor plan, to helping us pick out all the finishings we felt such a huge project could not have gone better. What could have been overwhelming was an absolute joy. We also just love the quality and creativity they put into the build. I would highly recommend considering C&C for your next build or even buying one of their spec homes as they truly are the Tampa Bay areas best custom builder - both in quality and customer service!
