Momentum Homes

We recently bought a beautiful new home built by Momentum. The layout is so thoughtful (I could not design a more perfect layout for our family myself!). Attention was given to both the indoor and outdoor spaces and it shows as the finishings are gorgeous and cohesive. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is so much better than other new builds and builders I’ve seen. We moved from out of state and Michael was very accommodating to our needs, had fantastic communication, and was such a nice person to work with. Warranty has been fast to fix or adjust anything needed (which minor things) and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Michael and Momentum!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike and the whole Momentum team and I can't recommend them highly enough for their exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding communication. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, their team was incredibly responsive, providing regular updates and addressing all my questions promptly, which made me feel valued and informed. The craftsmanship was nothing short of remarkable, with every detail reflecting high skill and attention, from the quality materials to the flawless finishes. They truly set the standard for luxury building.

We bought a home from Michael Pepe almost a year ago and have had a remarkable experience in all ways. The house is a thoughtful creation with attention to functionality and appearance. Michael has been available and proactive throughout the entire process; this is someone who cares about his product, brand, and customers. We’ve weathered two hurricanes already without any issues and feel completely comfortable with the quality and sturdiness of the build. It’s honestly been an enjoyable experience and I would do it again without reservation.

Michael and his team were excellent from start to finish. I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time building. They have a very streamlined process, it’s clear they have systems and contractors in place, ready to move the build along. I appreciated the time, dedication, and expertise his Design team gave me (so many details go into the build!). Matthew was my project manager and he very patiently answered my questions and always made sure things ran smoothly on site. The team was able to seamlessly coordinate with each other to accommodate requests for upgrades or changes. In the end I felt like the estimate/contract was fair and very inclusive— I’ve heard of some builders nickel and diming for every little thing, causing huge increases in the end. While I did upgrade a few line items (cabinets was my biggest overage), the build was not more than 10% over budget with the add-ons. Worth mentioning, I had initially started with a different builder and before getting too far in the design process started seeing red flags that their homes were talking WAY too long to complete (2 years!). Momentum completed my home in about 8 months from groundbreaking to completion. I’ve been living in my home for about six months now and have had no major issues, even after the two hurricanes this past year. If you’re looking for a local builder I would definitely recommend them!
