He has helped us navigate the processes of construction.Adam responds promptly to our questions and emails. He is very organized and efficient so we can always count on him for immediate and accurate answers. He is able to look up permits, plans, and other information. We appreciate Adam’s professional communication skills that are invaluable in dealing with city personnel and getting us approved for the different construction and utility permits. Adam has gone above and beyond in supporting us during the construction phase and helping us facilitate the site development.We greatly appreciate the expertise and attention to detail of our construction superintendent Jacques for coordinating with the different trades and ensuring quality workmanship and care with the custom selections in our home. Justina is very personable, great personality. I liked how she wanted to listen to what we were saying. However, we are still in the beginning states of our Adair process so i might write another review once everything is done with.

We are beginning our journey to build our home with Adair and we should be starting construction in a few short months. What drew us to this company initially was the nice amount of floor plans to choose from, and the low prices. We researched other similar site-built home companies but we really liked the product that Adair has to offer when compared to others, especially for this low price point! Once we were sure that we wanted to explore moving forward with Adair, we scheduled our first consultation with Taylor at the Tempe office. Our experience with Taylor has been exemplary. She has been extremely patient as we worked through our needs versus our wants for this home order, no matter how many times we changed things, added and removed items, etc. She has guided us through the home order process every step of the way and is always super responsive to all our many questions!
