Customer feedback is mixed. Positive notes highlight approachable sales experiences, clear explanations of the home-buying process, and the ability to customize models. Critical reviews cite delays with permitting and delivery, punch-list items after setup, and concerns about warranty responsiveness and certain finishing details. Several reviews mention multiple service visits needed to resolve window, door, or cosmetic issues.

Great place to buy a mobile house from, good prices and the sales people are super friendly. I definitely recommend this place

I bought my home in October 2024 had a hard time getting them to get the permits and schedule it for delivery. Finally in December 2024 I received delivery of it. Took the men days to get it set up. Had a crew to come many times to fix broken shades, repair cracks in plaster, repair nail holes in siding, replace windows that would open easily. My refrigerator has scratches and inside dents in metal, freezer door was replaced and now it will not stay shut, I have to check it each time I open the refrigerator. Now comes the sad part. I have called and call to get things scheduled to get fixed and that girl Colbi Quinn doesn’t return calls at ALL. Since November I told her that the refrigerator is just not right yet even with new Freezer door installed. He answer I will get it fixed. Yesterday I called and now this Colbi Quinn is on Maternity leave. She left us hanging in limbo once again.
Not to mention. After 6 months our brand new Ac/ heat united died on a hot 115 degree day in ARIZONA where we live. We had to move into our Motorhome for 3 days till they sent someone out to install a new unit. ( the service man said, you know this Unit you had is one that the company doesn’t install because of its unreliability! So, I ask myself did they pone this piece of crap on us hoping it would work ? Who does that to 70 year old seniors ? Knowing we live in high temperature areas? )
I called again yesterday and was so pissed because after a week No one returned my call about getting our new Refrigerator to us. So, I called the Corporate Office a nice gentleman made up a Report on what I have been through with Champion. Hopefully she enjoyed her maternity leave because, It might be a permanent leave because she definitely doesn’t do what she’s paid to do. Lazy for sure. I don’t recommend This Company at all. I wish I had went with Cavco Homes.

Very informative on how the process goes to get your new home set on your property. Good prices and able to customize.

My husband and I just moved into our 2025 champion home. We’ve only been in it maybe 2-3 months. Sales was amazing and the process was quick… until it came to the warrenty company and shoddy repairs of their sub contractors. Our doors and windows leak, mold has already begun to grow, they blame it on us not having our awnings put on it instantly though we have been trying. Despite having reassurance from many that work there, the sales men, and subcontractors that the home would be fine and doesn’t leak. They left the home unsealed and refuse to do quality work. Doors were incomplete and unsealed- missing vital parts and still remain that way, The kitchen counters arrived warped and instead of telling us, they “adjusted” the cabinets that in return caused everything to be off and not 100% functional. Phil Cabrera and the management could care less about our issues claiming that our schedule makes it hard for them to come out, and the fact we live in show low is an issue. IF LOCATION IS AN ISSUE, DO NOT SELL TO PEOPLE OUT OF TOWN. We do not deserve to be treated less due to distance. I love this home but the carelessness of the warrenty department and management is beyond disappointing. And on top of that, they refuse to take calls, and rely on emails if that…. Most of the time I’m sending in “check in” emails to see if they received my inquiries. I do not recommend. We still await for someone to aid us in the process…. As of right now I do not recommend champion homes for anyone’s future home.

We ordered in November 2018, received on property in February 2020, as of today after replacing molded drywall from sitting leaking a year we are still not in it. Today is 23 June 2021. The roof is sante fe style with parapet. I thought It would have a membrane roof like cavco, but they put shingles and nails towards the bottom. It will leak eventually with water backing up the way it rains in Arizona. Hopefully they will make it right. I am at a loss as to how it can go on for so long.
