We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and the final result is truly beautiful. The craftsmanship from the individual subcontractors was exceptional—each of them took great pride in their work, and it shows in the finished space.However, the process itself was challenging. The project took significantly longer than expected, with frequent delays. At times it felt like our job wasn’t a priority, as workers were often pulled away to complete other projects. This created a lot of frustration and left us feeling overlooked.Our early experience working with Brandon, the superintendent initially assigned to our job, was difficult. In my personal experience, communication felt inconsistent, and I often felt we weren’t getting straightforward information about the schedule and delays.Everything changed once Matt Wedermeyer stepped in to take over the project. Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with—attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to finishing the job the right way. He listened to our concerns, communicated clearly, and worked hard to get things back on track. Most importantly, he acknowledged the earlier issues and made us feel heard and respected. His involvement completely reshaped our opinion of the company.In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled bathroom and extremely grateful for Matt’s professionalism and dedication. While the process had its struggles, the quality of the final product—and Matt’s efforts—stand out.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Holtzman. Rob was our salesman and Jayd was our super. The whole team top to bottom was organized, professional, and attentive to our needs. Communicate with them and let them know any concerns and they will make it right. Highly recommended and plan on using them in the future. This is our master bed, bath, and walk in closet.
