We are very happy with our choice to use Starwood to build our custom home. They were the only builder who took the time to work with us to build our dream home within our budget. We broke ground in September of 2020 and had our challenges along the way (pandemic, labor and material shortages, price hikes) but Starwood was able to deliver on their promises and complete our home. The process was not without some issues but we were constantly kept in the loop and made to feel important. Big shout out to Trent Duncan, Daniel Haber and Stacey Permana. Trent took control of our project after a prolonged delay and despite all our challenges pushed the project to completion and always addressed all our concerns with positivity and a smile. Daniel Haber is an exceptional project manager. Daniel stepped in at a low point in our project and tirelessly pushed our project to completion. He always represented our best interest and treated our home and concerns with top priority. Stacey held my hand through design selections and was amazing at keeping me on task and entertaining all my design ideas. This house truly took a village to build and we were pleased we chose Starwood to be our builder.
We stumbled upon Starwood a couple years ago when a friend recommended them as the #1 builder in AZ. We were so happy with the service we received from the moment we made the phone call with Mark, to the amazing team we were given to complete our home. Jason, Stacey and David were all phenomenal to work with. We developed such an easy rapport with them, that I can truly call them family. Every detail of our home was addressed in a timely manner and the strenuous nature of building a custom home was made seamless by Starwood’s experience in the business. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly we were able to move into our dream home, given the delays during the pandemic; but our project managers were exceptional at finishing the job. Starwood Custom Homes built me an amazing home! I had never built custom before and was a bit nervous, but they made the experience very easy and fun. I would definitely recommend them! Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to make things right when I was not satisfied with something, made this journey very pleasant. Was everything about the process problem free? Absolutely not, BUT, when a company will bend over backwards to make it right.....you know you have a winner! There's nothing more you could ask for!
