Let me start by saying it takes a lot to impress me. I do not mean that in a rude way. It is simply that when you have been in real estate as long as my family’s firm has, you have truly seen it all.

I have been in the industry for 19 years and practicing real estate full time for the past 12. In that time, I can honestly say I have never experienced such a clean inspection from beginning to end. Anyone who works with buyers knows that the inspection process can bring a fair amount of anxiety. Our goal is always to ensure clients feel confident and cared for throughout the entire transaction, and a huge part of that experience hinges on how the inspection process unfolds, how the home performs, how concerns are addressed, and how the follow through is handled.

In this case, the inspection results were minimal, so minimal that I could count the items on one hand. Even more impressive, every item was addressed without hesitation. There was no pushback and no delays, just professionalism and accountability.

Quite frankly, he makes my job easier, and when someone helps you look good while delivering a great experience for your clients, that is something you never take for granted.
