I can't say enough good about these builders. People said they are getting bigger, but you would never guess with how amazing their customer service is. It feels very personal. Joey is very responsive and was constantly updating us on our new construction. DC is the closing coordinator and was with us through every small step. The super for our community, Cab, is extremely nice and always stops by to say hi if he sees us outside. Our home is beautiful and very well built. We have been here a month and haven't had a single issue so far. The materials seem like they are high quality and are holding up well in this unusually hot summer.
I’m so incredibly impressed with Joey and Michael! They have gone above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. The entire process with Omega has been a real pleasure. They respond to emails immediately and have taken the time to answer all our questions. Even texting us updates on the progress and pictures of our beautiful bathroom tile. I highly recommend them!
Joey was very professional and friendly he accommodated us even though it was raining hard, we still got to see the houses and lots we were interested in. He has great follow up and shows us updates in our house in a timely manner. Micheal also did a great job in explaining the features and interior design chosen for our house which was fabulous. We are happy and satisfied with Micheal and Joey. And we are looking forward to see the house being built step by step by omega builders.
The house is great the only issue we had was: during the finish selections laminated wood flooring and tile were picked out for the entire house. Omega buys bulk products for multiple houses at the same time. So when the doors were hung the project manger and or purchasing did not make not make the change for tile flooring. So when the doors were hung there is a 1 3/4” to 2” gap under each door. I told the project manager about this and he said he would get back with me. His answer was that’s just how it is. They didn’t take into consideration that there was no carpet in the house and said they would not change the doors. You would think when paying 335K for a house they would have remedied the issue. The lighting comes under the doors from other rooms I went as high as the VP and never got a response.
I was taken care by Lisa, she was awesome, very clear and transparent when it comes to all papers signing. Also didn't want to leave us without doubt, so she would go out of her way to make sure that we be sure of our choices, so she would take us around the neighborhood so we could see all types of colors combinations on different houses, and it was easier for us to make up our minds. So far they got my business, and I highly recommend them.
