Seeing the home in person and taking the step toward owning my first home was an exciting moment, and Kiella Homebuilders made the entire process a great experience from the very beginning.Jeff Thompson was incredibly helpful right away and even made himself available on short notice to show me the home right after the Thanksgiving holiday. Although I saw the home in person, I went through most of the buying process remotely, and Jeff and Clerrisa Vandivier made everything smooth and stress-free. Clerrisa was always responsive and clear, and Jeff went above and beyond, including helping structure the deal and holding the home for me until February.I also had a third-party inspection done, and Jeff handled it exactly how you’d hope. Every item from the report was reviewed and blue-taped, and anything that needed attention was addressed or clearly explained, which gave me a lot of confidence.Overall, Kiella was professional, fair, and easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend them, especially if you get to work with Jeff Thompson and Clerrisa Vandivier.
