Seeing the home in person and taking the step toward owning my first home was an exciting moment, and Kiella Homebuilders made the entire process a great experience from the very beginning.

Jeff Thompson was incredibly helpful right away and even made himself available on short notice to show me the home right after the Thanksgiving holiday. Although I saw the home in person, I went through most of the buying process remotely, and Jeff and Clerrisa Vandivier made everything smooth and stress-free. Clerrisa was always responsive and clear, and Jeff went above and beyond, including helping structure the deal and holding the home for me until February.

I also had a third-party inspection done, and Jeff handled it exactly how you’d hope. Every item from the report was reviewed and blue-taped, and anything that needed attention was addressed or clearly explained, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Overall, Kiella was professional, fair, and easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend them, especially if you get to work with Jeff Thompson and Clerrisa Vandivier.

Our family just closed on our first home, and we are beyond grateful for Jeff and the team at Kiella for making the entire process such a great experience. We worked with Jeff for about six months, and he helped us every step of the way, from touring all the floor plans to finding the right layout and options, even sending videos throughout the build. He was extremely informative about the community and truly stood behind Kiella’s build quality, which so far has been top notch.

Tommy, the builder supervisor, was awesome and walked me through the entire home, explaining all the features and sharing helpful tips to make the transition smooth.

Eileen, the warranty coordinator, was also incredibly thorough in explaining what’s covered and how the process works if we ever need to file a claim.

As first-time homebuyers, they made everything feel easy and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our home and highly recommend Jeff and the Kiella team!
