We had a great experience with Omega. My sister had an omega house so when we were ready to buy we knew we felt comfortable with buying from them. We toured many of their neighborhoods and had a great experience touring the different homes. Had quick responses across the board. We decided on the hills of Westwood neighborhood and had the pleasure of working with Shiloh to tour the homes and the buying process. She was quick to respond, easy to schedule appointments with and was with us during the entire buying process. She even showed up to our closing and checked on us after we moved in. Ben was also very helpful during our home buyer walk through. We love our home and would recommend omega to anyone looking.
Closing recently with Omega Builders was a delight! Their homes speak for themselves. Quality in every corner, & built with pride ( not every builder can make this happen). I could walk through each available home and feel the warmth and craftsmanship put into the build. I know new construction extremely well, and have a discerning eye for a quality build. When explaining the small details to my clients, I was excited for them! You can't go wrong if you're going to purchase one of their homes! Their Construction team, Supers, and Sales Agent ( Shilo Gorham), were all very approachable and knowledgeable. I felt great knowing my clients found their home in an Omega Home ??.

I’m very impressed with Omega Builders!Their homes stand out for their beautiful finishes and their home layouts. I also love how many options they offer for clients to personalize their homes not many builders provide that kind of flexibility these days. Definitely a company I’d consider when buying my next home!
We live in an Omega home. Omega has continued to build in our neighborhood and has never utilized a dumpster at any point during any of the houses they’ve built while we’ve lived here. If you move into an Omega home, be prepared for the absolute mountains of trash they’ll leave out on the worksites, including the beer cans from drinking on the job. We have tried to resolve this issue since we moved in by contacting Omega several times over the course of almost 2 years with absolutely no change. This is disgraceful.
