We had a great experience building a detached 700 square ft ADU with Noah, Andrew & the gang. We interviewed 6-7 contractors but we ultimately chose this team because they had numerous similar ADU projects in various phases of being finished for us to preview, which reassured us regarding their pricing accuracy and knowledge of how to navigate the city for permitting. This was our first large construction project so we appreciated their guidance throughout the process. There were a few hiccups along the way, as is to be expected with any project of this scale, however Noah’s utmost professionalism and exceptional communication skills always left us feeling that our satisfaction as customers was very important to him and he went above and beyond to facilitate solutions for us. They offered interior design assistance as an included service, which was another selling point, and the suggestions offered were a useful launching pad for us to brainstorm from. We loved that they favor high quality materials. We were thoroughly impressed with their subcontractors who were timely, polite, professional, and did quality work (not easy to find guys who show up promptly at 7am and work straight through). Most importantly for us, the entire project remained within the originally quoted budget. Overall, we are thrilled with the finished product, which is a gorgeous, chic “granny flat” for my parents to retire in. We recommend this team without reservation.
