I wanted to take some time and give a review of the build process with Buckeye as we are nearing completion in less than 2 months! The Buckeye team has been absolutely fantastic to work with so far.Mike White was such a pleasure to work with in the beginning. He answered every question we had, was always transparent, and was patient with my husband and I as we navigated our decision on whether to build a new home or not.Once we decided to move forward with Buckeye (the experience with them thus far was far greater than anyone else we had spoken to), Jason White was our primary contact and he has been honestly one of the sweetest and responsible people we have encountered in our home search process. Jason is always willing to answer any question we have (and I for sure have a lot of questions) and he can always connect me with people who know how to answer my question if it relates to a different part of the building process. It’ll definitely be bittersweet when I don’t have to ask Jason questions anymore! LOLAs for the rest of the team, from Robbie to Jill to Jeff, they have all been great- very responsive and willing to explain things to my husband and I that we may not understand. The construction team is also very mindful of the fact that we may be popping by to check out our home and we have not had an issue thus far with trash or tons of nails/sharp objects everywhere because they tidy up after themselves as best they can in a construction area.The care we have felt from this team is unmatched thus far. We are excited to see our finished product and live in our new home. I will update my review once our home is complete and after living in it as well for at least a year.Thanks Buckeye team!

My family and I recently purchased a new construction, built by Buckeye. In order to write an honest and thorough review I decided to wait a little while and live in the house before writing a review. I will start with sending a shout out to our realtor Heather Smith LaPoint who I believe is one of the best realtors in the entire area. Buckeye did an INCREDIBLE job in everything to do with our new home.Although we did not do a custom build, we purchased a new-construction built by Buckeye, but we could not be happier. Starting with the house itself, the build quality is excellent. Fit-and-finish, quality of the craftsmanship, quality of the material, paint, electrical, countertops, masonry, design, EVERYTHING was built with excellent attention to detail and great quality material. Second, I want to mention my experience with Buckeye, the entire team was great to work with. They made the new-house experience just as special for us as if we custom-built it ourselves! The entire team we worked with, and are still working with to this day are great. Prompt responses and they proudly stand behind their work!Thank You Heather, and the entire team at Buckeye for an incredible experience. My family and I are happy to call our new house HOME, and look forward to making lots of memories here.
