MBC Homes

Great experience. Phase 1 - 2025 Addition to an existing institutional building was finalized in time, as scheduled despite lots of extra work requested by the owner and several days lost due to unfavorable weather conditions. Waiting to start Phase 2 in spring of 2026.

Working with MBC Homes has been an excellent experience. As a service provider specializing in porcelain bathroom installations, I always see a level of quality in their projects that is far above average. The team is extremely organized, professional, and committed to the client from start to finish. Communication is clear, deadlines are respected, and the work environment is always well-structured. It’s a company that truly values every detail and strives to deliver the best possible result. I highly recommend MBC Homes!

Max and the team at MBC Homes were outstanding, fast, efficient, and highly professional. They built my ADU garden suite affiliated with Atella and handled everything seamlessly, from the permit applications right through to the final finishing touches. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you, MBC Homes! I look forward to working with you again! Josh from Niagara Falls.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MBC Homes to build a garden suite on my property. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The team at MBC Homes impressed me with their ability to complete the project within the estimated 3-month timeframe. They were also able to stay within budget, which is a rare feat in the construction industry. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, thanks to their highly skilled tradesmen. They paid close attention to detail and ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of working with MBC Homes was their responsiveness. They were always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide updates. Their trustworthiness and reliability were evident throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend MBC Homes to anyone considering a new build, home renovation, garden suite/laneway, or addition. They are a truly exceptional company.
