Xavieras Custom Homes

A couple of years ago we bought an old property with the intention of tearing it down and building a custom home. Not a luxury home (we are a regular salaried family), just a normal home with some specific layout requirements. We interviewed about 15 custom home builders and nobody made an impression like Amir Taskini did. He understood what we wanted and we got the confidence that he will deliver us a good home within our budget. Throughout the process, what stood out about Amir was how much time he gave us answering our concerns. He was always prompt in responding to our calls. I could call him at Friday 11 pm or Sunday 7 am, he would be always full of energy, responding without any hurry to disconnect or annoyed because of the odd hours. He is honest, hardworking, passionate about what he does and an excellent project manager. The progress of our house construction drew compliments from the neighbors who had seen other custom homes coming up on the street in the last few years. Amir delivered what he promised on time. He worked around our budget and yet built a home with a quality that exceeded our expectations. There are lots of horror stories with custom home constructions gone wrong due to greedy and incompetent builders. Don't become one of them. If you are looking for someone to build you a home anywhere in the GTA, Amir is the guy you should trust your money with.

Amir TASKINI did a fantastic job of transforming our old house into a modern masterpiece. His knowledge, attention to detail, aesthetic and design sense and enormous list of excellent suppliers benefitted our project enormously! In addition to his professional knowledge and experience, his perfectionism, professionalism, honesty and integrity made it easy to trust him and not have to stress about successful execution. Amir was very easy to deal with. He is very polite, pleasant, positive and respectful which made our interactions truly joyful and stress free. From total strangers, we have now become friends for life. We don’t know how we were so lucky to get Amir and XAVIERAS for our major construction cum renovation project. When most people complain about their horror stories with general contractors, Amir and XAVIERAS was definitely an exception! Every supplier he sent us to for products had high quality and beautiful supplies. Every service supplier was the best in their field and were expert craftsmen. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Amir and XAVIERAS to anyone wanting to do renovations or construction projects using a trustworthy and exceptionally professional contractor who delivers exceptional results! I wish Amir all the best in his future projects as he is truly the best! Thank you Amir and XAVIERAS!
