New Home Experts Metro Detroit

I had an exceptionally positive experience with The New Home Experts, especially thanks to the outstanding support from Jeff Bortnick. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Jeff possessed a wealth of knowledge about new homes and the intricacies of the buying and selling process. His expertise was matched only by his genuine attentiveness to my needs as a buyer. Understanding that I was on the lookout for a townhome or condo, Jeff immediately set to work, expertly guiding me through a selection of beautifully designed townhouses that aligned perfectly with my lifestyle and requirements. Each property he showed me reflected a careful consideration of my preferences and desires. In addition to my search for a new home, I faced the challenge of selling my older home to a broker. Jeff proved to be an invaluable resource throughout this transition, providing support and guidance every step of the way, from purchasing my new residence to successfully selling my previous property. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Jeff and The New Home Experts to anyone looking for a seamless and satisfying real estate experience. His dedication and expertise truly make the process enjoyable and stress-free.

Jeff and his team were amazing helping my wife and I find our first home together. My wife had used Jeff for her first house as well. He took the time to show us so many properties and give us his honest advice on everything. He was not in it to make a quick buck. We ended up getting a new build home and Jeff was everything you want in a new home expert. He guided us on what selections were most important for long term value and comfort. He even followed up months after the sale to make sure everything with the house was okay and sent us a check in the mail to cover a cost which he had no responsibility to cover. I know I will use Jeff again for when I purchase my next house.
