From our very first conversation, it was clear that Jeff possessed a wealth of knowledge about new homes and the intricacies of the buying and selling process. His expertise was matched only by his genuine attentiveness to my needs as a buyer.

Jeff and his team were amazing helping my wife and I find our first home together. My wife had used Jeff for her first house as well. He took the time to show us so many properties and give us his honest advice on everything. He was not in it to make a quick buck. We ended up getting a new build home and Jeff was everything you want in a new home expert. He guided us on what selections were most important for long term value and comfort. He even followed up months after the sale to make sure everything with the house was okay and sent us a check in the mail to cover a cost which he had no responsibility to cover. I know I will use Jeff again for when I purchase my next house.

Amazing from day one!! Jeff is so much more than just an agent. He listened to every want and need we had for purchasing our home. He didn't give up until he found the home that met our criteria. High energy and always on top of new listings! He was open and available on our schedule ready to show us a house no matter what time or day of the week. He even came out on weekends AND Holidays in our search for the perfect house. He gave us his expert opinion on each home we toured adding in pros and cons. With the support of his team he answered every question we had in as much detail as we wanted. He turned one of the most stressful processes and turned it into a wonderful experience to remember. Jeff has also been in every facet of the home building industry which has insights that a lot of other agents just don't have. Advice was spot on!
