During our home search (all the way from Minnesota!), we were given contact information for Lia at the Arcadia neighborhood sales office. We were absolutely amazed when she responded to us within minutes - late on a Sunday evening! Her continued responsiveness, helpfulness and friendly personality convinced us to build with Fairfield - and we’re so glad we did! Lia kept us updated and sent pictures and videos without us having to ask. The job supervisor, Alan, was very patient and went above and beyond to make our house exactly what we hoped! We would definitely recommend Fairfield - specifically the Arcadia neighborhood, Lia & Alan!

Our sales representative, Jessica Folger, and building superintendent, JJ Madril, as well as all the Fairfield team have been exceptional throughout.
