During our home search (all the way from Minnesota!), we were given contact information for Lia at the Arcadia neighborhood sales office. We were absolutely amazed when she responded to us within minutes - late on a Sunday evening! Her continued responsiveness, helpfulness and friendly personality convinced us to build with Fairfield - and we’re so glad we did! Lia kept us updated and sent pictures and videos without us having to ask. The best home building experience ever!! The sales, design and building process was seamless. Questions and issues are always a part of building a new home but Fairfield representatives were always available, knowledgeable and professional. Our sales representative, Jessica Folger, and building superintendent, JJ Madril, as well as all the Fairfield team have been exceptional throughout. We are thrilled with our new home and excited to be living in Boulder Pass.
