KB Home Tucson Design Studio

The design studio staff was committed to supporting us through a successful design process. We attended multiple “Open Studios” without any judgement and were welcomed to do so before our appointments. The virtual experience was well timed and efficient. In person was positive with enough time to make thoughtful choices. We worked with Jaclyn who was kind and patient and talked us through every decision and did not rush our decisions or push us for an upgrade we weren’t interested in. Pricing is transparent, up front, and fair.

Working with Jaclyn at KB Home Design Studio was an absolutely wonderful experience! She walked me step by step through the entire design and selection process for my new home, making what could have felt overwhelming feel organized and even fun. Jaclyn took the time to carefully explain all of my options, helped me compare different design features, and made sure I truly understood the choices I was making. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about helping me create a home that reflects my style and needs. Thanks to Jaclyn, I feel confident and excited about every design decision. If you’re building with KB Home, I highly recommend working with her, she makes the whole experience seamless and enjoyable! Thanks again Jaclyn!!!

I want to express my gratitude to both Michaela and Jaclyn. Michaela was my first point of contact at the KB Design Studio she was welcoming and efficient and scheduled all my appointments with such ease and thoughtfulness of my time. Jaclyn was my home designer and when I first met her virtually her energy was exceptional and when I met her in person it was like I knew her all my life. She was engaging, efficient and passionate about her work and she was such a great help. These ladies have OUTSTANDING customer service and I highly recommend them!
