Glenwood Homes hit the mark on the items you cannot change about a home. The layout, location and quality met all my needs and requirements. The soaker tub and built-in fireplace have become my favorite features of the home. The home is very well insulated and energy efficient making the overall monthly cost lower than other homes. As I have lived in the home, I have had a few repair items that have been addressed in a timely manner.When purchasing the home my timeline was considered and met with little stress. Hunter made the home accessible to me allowing me time to review the layout and measure the space which was very helpful as I was downsizing significantly.My overall experience with Glenwood Homes has been good.
