JDavis Homes deserves a full 5 stars. Jason and Amber are absolute studs and some of the best people you will ever work with. They are detailed, family minded, and completely focused on building a high quality home that fits the customer’s needs. The product they deliver is excellent and the experience is even better. You can trust them, you can enjoy the process, and you can feel confident that you are working with people who truly care. If you are building in the Tulsa area, JDavis Homes is the team you want.

Just now posting because I thought it was a bit tacky but I guess everyone should be held accountable. Bought my home from this builder in August 2023, two major complaints, the fit and finish of the house was subpar. Simple. Just something you wouldn’t expect from a builder with this reputation. Lastly, communication and getting things corrected or fixed within the builder’s warranty was somewhat of a hassle. Tracy was responsive for the most part but it was the convincing that the home had issues. A whole ventilation duct to my daughter’s bedroom was disconnected and didn’t have air conditioning for many months because of the back and forth. I admit, almost everything was fixed but only after I a paid $500 for a builder’s warranty inspection and provide evidence. I purchased the home while serving overseas and I couldn’t pinpoint out every single discrepancy over FaceTime. Overall I’m okay with the purchase because I like the exterior and layout (Daniel Plan) but will not buy again from J.Davis. I’m thinking Mathis Homes next home.

Having a competent builder is critical to building a custom home and staying sane in the process! We are nearing the completion of our dream home, built by J. Davis Homes, and couldn't be happier. The entire team - Jason, Amber, Traci, and Arryn - with their personal touch, has been critical to creating and carrying out our plans. Our home is beautiful, with incredible attention to detail and quality in design and construction...and fabulous new neighbors to boot!

We looked at better than a dozen home builders before choosing Jason Davis. What really sold us was going through a home he built 10 years prior…it was as solid as it was beautiful. We were given the keys to our new home today, and we are incredibly grateful to live in such a finely built home. Our deep appreciation to Jason, Traci, Amber and their superb tradesmen for building our dream home.
