Avoid This Builder – A Nightmare ExperienceOur experience with Birch Co. has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, communication was abysmal—getting updates felt like pulling teeth, and when we did get responses, they were vague, misleading, or just flat-out wrong.The lack of attention to detail in the construction process was shocking. Mistakes that should have been caught early—plumbing leaks all over, improper gas lines, and many more items—were ignored until we pointed them out. Even then, getting them to fix anything required endless follow-ups. It was clear there was little to no oversight of their subcontractors, who cut corners at every opportunity.To make matters worse, pricing surprises kept popping up with no warning. We were constantly hit with unexpected charges for things that were either supposed to be included or that were never properly communicated. Transparency was non-existent.If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This builder does not care about quality, customer service, or delivering what they promise.
