We e had six homes built in our lifetime, Blue Mountain communities was by far the worse we experienced. Granted, construction was taking place through the pandemic but that’s just an excuse. They told me on the electrical walk through that my sliding glass doors for the living room were not in. I informed them that’s a good thing since we didn’t have sliders in the living room and I had already informed the sales agent but she told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Theres not enough room here to inform you of my disgust for your company!

We purchased a million dollar home. The quality of the home is terrible. The project managers were rude during our walk through. My husband required ADA modifications as he is full time in a wheelchair. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Since moving in we had to replay our entire air conditioning unit, we have had major appliances break rather refuses to cover, we have had issues with our windows. They did not care about the quality of the home, just how quickly they could get it done

Blue Mountain built us a new residence in the Revere community starting in early 2022. It's a beautiful development with larger lots. I've found my new neighbors here to be friendly and welcoming which is great icing on the cake. We moved in Feb 2023. We've lived here 9 months now and the house is a pleasure. It is well-built and quiet with no major issues. Roof, HVAC, foundation, drainage, appliances, and glass are all great. The company has responded quickly to resolve the minor issues, and all are under warranty for the first year. The only thing I would improve if I could is the time it takes to get hot water to the kitchen. I suggest a new homeowner arrange for more direct plumbing and a 30 Amp electrical circuit under the sink to provide for instant water heating.
Overall we are extremely pleased with the house, and happy to be living here!
