We couldn't be happier with our experience with Crowne. We didn't know how to get solar connected to PG&E and Randy from Crowne reached out to us directly and made sure the solar contractor led us through the process and got it taken care of for us directly. We also had an issue with the shower that Randy white gloved the entire way through down to creating a schedule for the fix and making sure everyone stayed on schedule.Its great to know that they stand behind their work and will take every effort to make sure that you are communicated with through the entire home purchase process
