This was our first custom home build and it was an awesome experience. We had some major delays thanks to the city of Camas and Covid but John was always upfront with us about why it was happening and always pushing the powers that be to get us going again. We were the first ones back to work each time. John asked us what we wanted in a home and found a plan that was close and then tweaked it to make it ours. He knew staying on budget was a priority for us, so he always gave us beautiful options that kept us on track. He knows what will work together and designed a gorgeous home for us. Their subs were awesome. They were prompt, clean and did meticulous work. Chuck was great to work with and has an incredible attention to detail. By the time we did the final walk thru there was basically nothing to fix. We love our new home and cannot recommend Affinity Homes and John and Chuck highly enough!

John and Chuck are AMAZING TO WORK WITH! After one conversation with John regarding our wants and needs, he designed a perfect floor plan for us (designed around my husbands 5 car garage....).
