We had the pleasure of completing our PDI with Maddalena, and she was absolutely fantastic. We were extremely picky about even the smallest defects, and she carefully noted every item and ensured we would receive the home with all corrections addressed. Deco truly has a gem on their hands. She took the time to show us how to change the filters on all the appliances, went into great detail about home maintenance, and provided us with an excellent handbook that even included contact information for setting up our regional utility bills. We really appreciated her thoroughness, patience, and professionalism.

Julie Mayor walked me through my PDI, and was amazing! From guiding me throughout my new home to giving me tips I never thought of. She really made my first PDI more exciting and less anxious. Also, DECO has done a phenomenal job with the build.

On-Time Delivery & Great Service We purchased a townhouse in DECO Homes’ Castle Mile community in Brampton, and we recently completed our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). Overall, we are genuinely impressed with the quality and the experience so far. The home looks modern, clean, and well finished, and importantly, it matches what was represented during the sales process. One major positive is that DECO delivered the project on time, which is becoming rare because many developments in the market are facing months (or years) of delays. The handover process was smooth and efficient. DECO’s sales team kept things organized and streamlined, which reduced stress for us as buyers. Also, our experience with after-sales service has been positive — they have been responsive and helpful. If I could give one constructive comment: some features that felt “basic” for the overall purchase price were treated as optional upgrades/add-ons. For example, stair nosing was only included on the first and last steps, and the remaining were considered an upgrade. There were a few other small items like that. That said, overall the build quality, timeline, and customer service have been excellent, and we would definitely recommend DECO Homes to other buyers.
