Agents Phil and Tara were great to work with. They were patient as we decided on which house we wanted, and answered every possible question we came up with (we had a lot). The service after we signed was on another level. Phil helped us to see the property our house was to be built on. Tara then took her personal time over months sending us pictures of our new home as it was being built. She was even giving us guidance on how things were going and how close certain features were to completion. Such excellent customer service after a sale isn't typical, but it makes a huge difference. Really excited for our new house and would definitely recommend Regal Crest to others.

Great builder with one of the best quality craftsmanship ever.did have one little issue in decor center but the owner was such a humble down to earth person and solved the issue in no time. 11.December 2024 Unfortunately I have to change my rating. I still believe the builder is an amazing builder, Dorothy she is amazing and always there to help you ,Adam construction supervisor is a great guy and friendly .my contact person is Mr erdemer, but unfortunately something happened with the service I can't get hold of him. He was always there for me and did take care of my problems regarding my home right away. Now my wife did close her new home. Unfortunately Mr erdemer wasn't there for thePDI, and lots of PDI issues still there and not fixed.looks like theyjust removed blue tapes. 1 week passed since closing no one care to contact us to see if everything is ok and fixed I just noticed my kitchen cabinet are not same colors are not same,looks like they are using what ever left over .my countertop is separating. I saw ADAM by accident and did mention some of my concern and he did take care of one of them immediately, and said someone will contact you for the rest. Maybe Mr erdemer is in vacation or sick,but someone needs to be there for the homeowners. I am still waiting for the fireplace remote control ?? January 11 2025 Thanks Marco for quick response ?? some exterior parts above garadge door and porch just dropped with no reason in some day at the third year after I house closing ...I contact Regal service manager Erdemer. he came down to my house next day morning and check around . He told me it was out of 2 years guarantee , but he would try his best . The other day he gave me a call and told me they would fix it for me with no cost from me... when I sent this review , the subcontractor company is working outside of my house to fix the problem. thank you for such consistent and worried free support and service . I will upload the pictures when the work is done This is a following up for the issue I post couple days ago.. Regal Crest sent people to my house very quickly and this time they seems use better materials . Anyway. This issue happened at the third year , but Regal Crest and Erdemer still show their good attitudes toward their customers .My house looking good again ! Cheers !
