I had a major issue with an employee of this company but the president reached out and made it right so I've updated my Google review. Sometimes bad things happen when working with humans and what matters is how the situation is handled and corrected. With that in mind I would recommend Brentwell (but not Tony)
We have been in our Brentwell home for about 8 months now. I wanted to truly get a feel of it before this review.After the relationship with our initial builder ended due to an RDCO investigation, we found that we were back at ground zero and our possession plans were at risk of being delayed.We had learned about Brentwell while visiting the area and finding out that they had already completed several homes in the subdivision. A call to Matt and he confirmed that he would be able to take on our project and could start within the month. He thoughtfully was able to accommodate us with compassion to our negative experience.Because we resided 3 provinces away much of our communication was done through email and we had to trust that the finish product would meet our expectations. The entire office staff worked with us to deliver updates and finalise finishes.During the build any misunderstandings were quickly corrected keeping the customers' happiness as a top concern.We couldn't be happier with the outcome and finishes of our home. The project was completed on time and under budget which was money in our pocket.I would recommend this builder. They have a solid reputation in the Okanagan area.
