We had a main floor refresh in our recently purchased older home and are extremely pleased with the results. LIDA and their team were excellent! The attention given to the details throughout the project, starting with Nick and Mika giving great advice and options to define the scope right through to the fine finishing details. We were kept informed throughout the project of the progress and of any obstacles that might impact the schedule. The project was on time and within budget. Nick was approachable and met with us on a regular basis to inform us of the progress and planned work throughout. Mika guided us thoughtfully in the planning and selection process. She listened and designed with our input and achieved excellent results. We certainly appreciated her suggestions and guidance.
