Chesapeake Homes

Stopped by Chesapeake Homes the Willows in April 2025. We were so impressed with the quality of the homes under construction. I've been involved in building for over 30 years and did not see anything I did not like. What sealed it for us was meeting Emily in the sales office. She walked us through the model home and explained how Chesapeake works. It took us six months to sell our home before we could move forward. During that time we made many trips to the complex and spoke to Emily quite a bit. The few times she was not there we met with Sam who helped us and did a great job. Both always had time for us and always answered our questions. When it came time to sign the contract Emily was so helpful and patient with us. Next we met with Jennifer at the design center for our interior selections where she went over all the options and the costs. During the process we never felt pressured to purchase anything we didn't want. We are enjoying watching construction move along.

Jacque and Linda at Chesapeake Homes are a phenomenal team! They worked seamlessly together and never missed a beat, making the entire process smooth and communication absolutely topnotch. They really made sure our clients were guided perfectly every step of the way. Highly recommend!

First off, the experience working with Chesepeke Homes was really special and amazing. Yes they build great quality homes for certain and Hertitage park is layed out beatifly. That initially is what attracted us to consider a new home at Heritage Park longs. The actual experience in working with tracey is what really solidified our decision. Tracey is a true talent. She without question went above and beyond to provide us with a very professional and complete experience. Tracey never once left us hanging when we had any questions or co concerns. When you ask you get results immediately and I know there were time when I found her to be very busy she without fail came through. If Tracey says something she backs up her words with swift action. A very beautiful personality and very engaging. I have talked to many people in our park that only have wonderful things to say about her and that is rare to find an individual that is so dedicated to helping people in the most genuine way possible. I could go on forever. If you or anyone you know are looking to purchase a new home it would be advisable to deal with Chesepeke homes and most definitely you will want Tracey on your team. We absolutely love our new home and the community we’ve joined! The quality of construction and many features / details that Chesapeake includes as standard are second to none when comparing against the many other regional and national builders in the Myrtle Beach area. Community amenities were also a major factor in our decision, which we look forward to utilizing. A heartfelt thank you to Mark, our Sales Specialist. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish—and even beyond closing. From day one, Mark was responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our many questions with patience and clarity. During the build, our Construction Manager, Jordan, was equally fantastic. Since we were out of state for most of the process, Jordan kept us well-informed with regular updates and photos, making us feel involved every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a breeze, thanks to this team at Chesapeake!

We sold a home up North in one weekend. We had 2 months to make a complete move South and it was only possible with the Chesapeake Homes team at Heritage Park! Tracey connected all the dots from answering our questions, sharing photos, accommodating a single day fly in to view the model home, giving me time to map out a floor plan for our mover’s and coordinating with our lender Fred at Tidewater! It couldn’t have gone smoother. Everything that Tracey and Jeff committed to having ready was completed. We closed on time and the movers arrived the next morning. We are now 12 weeks in and loving our beautiful home and the community around us?? Thank you Tracey, Jeff and Fred for making this transition to our new life and home possible ???? Ps Tracey is like family to us…she makes everyone feel like they’re the center of her world and she’s always going the extra mile??
