we built our home 3.5 years ago with Napolitano Homes and are very unhappy with our build. We are now having to replace our upper kitchen cabinet because the cabinet is separating from the wall and itself. The cabinets thru out the house are basically very poor and cheap press board. We will eventually have to replace all the cabinets in our kitchen.We have also had to replace tile in the master bath because the tile cracked from the inside wall thru the toilet room to the exterior wall. Now we have tile that has cracked from the vanity to the tub. The paint that was used in our home is subpar flat contractor paint. So, inevitably the entire interior of our home will need to be repainted.We would NOT recommend Napolitano Homes for a build and in all honesty our ONE Star rating is too high!

I LOVE our new home and recommend Napolitano Homes without any hesitation. Being able to select your home site and all of its interior features allows you to put your personal fingerprint on every aspect of the home. The Site Builder and Superintendent have years of experience under their belt and lessened any worries we would have had about building our "forever" home. We looked at other local builders and at the end of the day fell in love with the floor plans and the location of Napolitano Homes Communities. We continue to fall in love with different things in our home each month but coming in thru our front door each day after a long day at work always makes me happy- it is the perfect home for our family!
