some great new homes have been developed by TriPoint Homes
Very disappointing experience at Miravar in Vista.I visited the model homes as a genuine potential buyer and was immediately asked whether I was a renter or owner, followed by being told they needed to “make sure I was the correct contender” before even properly speaking with me.My husband and I own our condominium in Vista, but honestly, regardless of someone’s living situation, nobody should be made to feel judged, screened, or looked down on before even being treated with basic respect. The interaction came across extremely dismissive and profiling-based, especially as a Hispanic woman. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start. What made it worse was that the property was completely empty at the time. We came in genuinely interested in possibly purchasing a home there, and instead walked away feeling insulted.I hope management takes customer treatment more seriously moving forward because first impressions matter.
