Tilson is wonderful to work with! We decided to have a home built on our land, so began looking for a builder. We are pleased we stopped by and spoke with Mariah. She was extremely patient and truly listened to what we wanted, presented several options, and then helped us customize a home specifically to meet our needs. From our perspective, it has been easy! The Tilson team has stepped in and guided us through the process, provided tips for a successful build, and even arranged financing. Note that a big plus for us is that Tilson finances the construction, so there’s no need for high rate construction loans. It makes your life easy!!! Cody came out to our build site and recommended small modifications which saved us money. As for quality, this is a true custom home builder, and they provided seemingly endless options to make it our home. The construction materials are top of the line and I can see that the work is as well. We should be breaking ground soon and we can’t wait to move in. I would HIGHLY recommend Tilson to everyone.Building your home, on your land is a process where my expectations didn't quite line up. The finished product is amazing, better than expected. Are there any issues, yes, but Tilson has addressed ALL of them during the Contruction and after. They came out today to fix the last couple of things left to do. I'd like to add that the issues we've had post construction are all cosmetic. I was here for every phase of the build, and I know the quality of craftsmanship that went into every detail.Something to consider is the fact they finance your build. We only had to pay for the design of the house, nothing else. It saved us thousands in interest payments you'd normally have to pay financing through a bank.The process is simple:1. Design2. Procurement (wait while they get the materials needed for your house)3. Build4. Final inspectionsYou move in and you have a year to get all of the things needing attention fixed.10 YEAR WARRANTY!!!Tilson makes it easy. During the entire process you have a dedicated professional on your "team" you can contact to raise concerns. That was a huge deal for me because I have an issue noticing EVERY detail, I'm sure was going to annoy them but I never did. In fact I called by builder the other day to ask if he had a contact for a project I was working on and he remembered me (probably because I was so annoying) and helped me out.
