Buying a new home can be stressful, especially early in the construction phase, but our experience at Western Meadows with Davidon Homes was outstanding thanks to our Sales Associate, Zach. From day one, he made the process clear, manageable, and even enjoyable.

Zach was always attentive and responsive, answering questions quickly and guiding us through every stage of the purchase. He took the time to listen and explain, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout what could have been a complicated journey. His professionalism and care made all the difference.

We also want to highlight Joe, the superintendent, who was absolutely phenomenal. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are unparalleled, and it shows in every aspect of our new home. Knowing that someone with his expertise was overseeing the build gave us an incredible sense of trust and reassurance.

Now that we’re in our beautiful new home, we couldn’t be happier. For anyone considering Western Meadows, know that you’ll not only be getting a well-built home from Davidon, but also the support of a team that truly cares about making the process smooth and positive.

We have recently moved in our new home in Oak Park at Pleasant Hill and are very happy with the new home. My wife and I would like to express our thanks to the sale’s manager Farzad Sahel and his team. From visiting the sites to moving in, Farzad has done great jobs to help us going through the processes. He is knowledgeable and diligent. He was always reachable and quickly responded our questions and requests. We like pre-build home so that we know how the home looks like when we live in. During the visit, Farzad provides lot detail information about houses. As a salesperson, his honesty and protectionism really helped us to make the purchase decision.
We also admire Superintendent Tim Mcpherson. He did walkthrough the house with us. He introduced house features clearly and patiently explained how the wires and boxes connected. This is the 2nd time we bought the new construction houses. We expected something need to be fixed and touched up. Whenever we found something need to be taken care, he always responds quickly and sent his staff in fix it.
We have been enjoyed our new Home so much. The surrounding areas are so clean and green. Shopping, Restaurants, Bart Station, Bus Station, and Walnut Creek downtown and Pleasant Hill Downtown are all just few miles away.

We had to wait over a year for our condo to be built. The customization options were good but timeline to select was narrow. The sales team were very good and responsive with updates and projected timeline. Now that we are in the condo, we are working through warranty items. Davidon has been responsive and they try to get things resolved quickly to owner satisfaction. The unit is not soundproof, we do not hear neighbor noise next to us or Hwy 24 but we do hear noise from the above unit: footsteps reverberate and furniture moving around is very noticeable. Hopefully, Davidon can correct this on our building, by using better and adequate insulation.

Thank you Davidon Homes for building our very first home in Woodbury Highlands, Lafayette! Our family is forever so grateful! We are happy to live and start our life long journey in our new home. Davidon Homes is definitely one of the best construction companies that I know. All the buildings and homes they build have the highest quality. Everyone talks about it! Sales person Linda Saenz is so great. She really made the whole purchasing process very easy and stress free. Again, thank you everyone at Davidon Homes!

My experience with the purchase of my 1st ever new construction home was nothing short of amazing!! Judy Ann and her team was courteous and explained all the details of what to expect during the process. My home build experience was smooth and without any glitches. I love all of the standard details and layout designed by Davidon. Other friends that have recently purchased new construction homes with other builders were in awe of the features in my home. Again, wonderful experience and outstanding Builder!!
