We contracted Concept Home Builders to construct an approximately 1,900 sq. ft. addition to our home, including a bedroom en-suite with walk-in closet, 4-season sunroom with a ground floor workroom and studio space below, and additional 5' width to existing 2-car garage. Workmanship, project management, and selection and scheduling of subcontractors was very good, and the project was completed on schedule and within budget. Throughout the project, Dennis and Devin suggested several ideas that enhanced the quality of the final build, including a design modification that added an extra 80 sq. ft. of usable space to the ground floor studio space. Our experience was very positive, and we appreciate all their hard work!!

We had an excellent experience with Concept Home Builders. Dennis, Devin and their whole extended team were responsive, reliable, trustworthy and fun to work with. They built a 1k sqft addition to our house which came with many obstacles but the team worked through it in a practical manner that stayed within our budget. Highly recommend working with them!

This room was the bane of my existence with an open half bath next to the kitchen and in with the pantry and laundry. Now the bathroom is at the far end with its own door. We have amazing, functional and ample storage. My favorite is my coffee bar and baking prep area.

Concept Home Builders came highly recommended by our neighbor in East Matunuck. Dennis and Devin are extremely professional and their crew is polite and very clean.
The think I liked most about Dennis and Devin was whenever we were faced with a decision, I would ask them what they would do if it were thier home, and they always provided honest answers and helpful suggestions.
The project was managed by myself in Atlanta and my sister in Denver. Devin managed to provide daily updates to both of us and kept the lines of communication wide open.
This company is extremely professional, we are thrilled with the renovation and I would always recommend Concept Home Builders. Can’t say enough good things about them.
