Mike Revens built us our dream home in Coventry. He was very attentive, patient, and a wealth of knowledge. Building a home can be a daunting process but Mike is a pro. Even after the build he has been very helpful.
I have worked with Rick Nardella, owner of Custom Builder for several years. He has done a lot of new construction, including my assistant's new home in Westerly, RI. I have found the owner, Rick Nardella to be honest, fair and reasonable. We just started a new project with a "home to be built." I feel confident that Rick will do a great job. I am from Westerly and would not put my "stamp of approval" on anything that I did not have confidence in or believe in.
Without a doubt the WORST customer care & service I have ever experienced. I'm still dumbfounded by their lack of consideration.
