I’m so glad I found georgetown custom build. They really listened to what I wanted and came up with a design that was both creative and super practical. The whole process felt easy – they were responsive, on top of things, and just overall great to work with. The finished result turned out better than I imagined. If you’re looking for a custom design team that actually gets it and delivers, these are your people.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, very reliable! Overall terrific experience. I visited two other vendors and they could not compete with the confidence Georgetown Custom Build gave me. I consider myself a demanding customer with high expectations and they have exceeded them spectacularly and were wonderful to work with. Definitely will be using them again on my next project, and will certainly be happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Unparalleled Expertise and Flawless Execution in Georgetown We recently engaged Georgetown Custom Builders for a complex renovation of our historic row house in the West Village, and the experience exceeded every expectation. This team is a rare find in the District—a group of true artisans who combine deep technical knowledge with an unwavering commitment to quality. From the outset, their professionalism was apparent. They tackled a persistent, notoriously difficult moisture problem in our lower level, a challenge that had stumped previous contractors. Their team didn't just offer a quick fix; they conducted a thorough forensic analysis, identified the precise source of water ingress from the exterior, and engineered a comprehensive waterproofing solution. The subsequent installation of a state-of-the-art minisplit system with an integrated dehumidifier has completely transformed the space into a dry, comfortable, and healthy living area. Beyond their technical prowess, their attention to detail is simply meticulous. Every cut, every finish, and every fixture was handled with precision. This was particularly evident in the custom millwork for our home office, which was executed flawlessly. The project was managed with remarkable efficiency; the crew was punctual, organized, and respectful of our home, ultimately delivering the finished space ahead of schedule. They even accommodated last-minute modifications to improve accessibility for a visiting elderly parent with grace and ingenuity. For anyone seeking a builder who brings expertise, integrity, and a genuine pride in their work to the table, look no further than Georgetown Custom Builders. They don't just build and renovate; they solve problems and deliver perfection.
