I have contacted the city and a phone number I was given to the person who I was told was in charge of this new development, I have called numerous times and no one answers I have left voicemails and no call backs, this is what my driveway looks like after heavy rain, I have cleaned it up twice, and every time it rains the mud slides right back, how would you like it if you came home to this every day for the last 2 weeks? What do you think our neighbors are thinking when they see mud smeared all down the street? ? I have kids who love to play outside and when they
do guess what they bring inside? I’m hoping with this post you guys have the decency to come clean this up and pressure wash my driveway and fix the slope that is causing the mud slide, the city has cited you from what I understand and you have yet to do anything about it, what kind of business is this? If there’s a problem do you just brush it under the rug and hope it goes away? I hope you do the right thing and come clean this mess up.

My wife and I built our Ashley plan with Panther Builders in Cedar Falls in 2022, and overall we had a really positive experience throughout the process. The Panther team did a great job making the process feel organized and manageable from start to finish.

One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. Our personal builder Mason stayed involved throughout the build and was always easy to get in touch with if we had questions or wanted updates on progress. It made a big difference having someone who was hands on and willing to walk through things with us so we always knew what stage the house was in.

Like with any construction project there were a few small things that came up along the way, but whenever we mentioned something it was addressed quickly and professionally.

Another part we really liked was the design and selection process. The design center made it easy to see options in person and helped us feel confident about the finishes we chose for the house.

Now that we’ve been living in the home for a while we’re still really happy with how everything turned out. We’ve recommended Panther Builders to friends who are considering building in the Cedar Valley and we’d definitely encourage anyone thinking about building in Cedar Falls to at least have a conversation with their team.

Overall it was a great experience and we’re grateful to have a home we really love.

My boyfriend and I recently just purchased a Panther built home in Cedar Falls. First and foremost, I walked through multiple Panther and Skogman homes and in my personal opinion the panther builds were much more exquisite. The layout in our home is very roomy and beautiful, but also does a wonderful job of privacy and comfort. Mason, our builder, is nothing short of fantastic. He is responsive, empathic, and you can just tell that his passion for his builds and his buyers shine right through. Any questions, details or touch ups we needed done were handled immediately. Things were replaced if not up to his standards with no hassle what so ever. Our experience with Panther, Kevin and Mason has been so pleasant. Happy with our new home is an understatement! I can't say enough good things about our building process with Panther Builders! From the moment we met with them- they were fabulous! Their organization and communication makes them top notch. They listened to our ideas and dreams and made them all come true. There were no hidden costs and we knew EXACTLY what we were spending every second of the way! I sent NUMEROUS emails a week and they were always quick to respond! Their entire staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. We visited our land/house almost everyday during the building process and it was fun to see it all unfold! The subcontractors worked long hours and the quality of their work is second to none!
