Worst quality homes built by this company. Leadership team does not care about customers at all. Do not buy home from them! Editing the review to reply to your comment below: It still doesn’t change the fact Activa decided to build stacked homes on top of each other without any insulation between units. The units are unliveable because of free flow of noise from everywhere. People vacuum floors in unit above and unit below literally vibrates. Its just poor quality build that activa has used to save money and dupe people.

It is so clear to me that the Activa team has mapped the customer journey and knows the pain points, goals, thoughts and feelings that their clients are going to experience during building, purchasing and moving in. We started our search for a dream home almost 2 years ago and we couldn't have asked for a better builder in KW. Since those very first consultation meetings, getting to explore the different neighbourhoods and their future plans for the area, we were confident in moving forward with Activa. They've been incredibly transparent about their processes, walking us through every single step, providing a great customer experience during design appointments, site walkthroughs, and the final inspections! Every time we had questions (and we had a lot) they were there to help us understand what was going on and keep our dream home a top priority. We're finally settling in and absolutely love our Activa Net Zero Ready Home!!
