We recently built our new dream home with Belman Homes. Belman Homes did an amazing job and far exceeded our expectations. The entire home-building process can be somewhat stressful, but Belman Homes took all the stress out of it. Choosing to build with Belman Homes was an easy decision for us. They built two previous homes for us, and both turned out fantastic. When we selected a builder, it was a no-brainer to choose Belman Homes; we thoroughly trust their process and team. They are a highly ethical company with a solid reputation for providing high-quality craftsmanship. David, the owner, was wonderful to work with and explained everything to us in detail in logical terms. He set a detailed timeline and met every deliverable leading up to our closing and ultimate move-in date. Katie, the interior designer, worked with us through the design selections and made that process exciting and fun. Her recommendations were excellent. Jim, the project manager, was outstanding! He was very communicative with us throughout the entire building process and was definitely a client advocate, looking out for our best interests. He gave us such a great comfort level and ensured all our expectations were met. Jim is a wonderful person and a great builder. Bill, the controller, clearly explained the financial aspects of building a home and made the entire payment and closing process seamless. Linda, the director of real estate, kept us informed and up to date on all key actions and deliverables.

Not impressed. New to the area but I have built two custom homes in CA and CO and know how difficult it is to find a good builder. I am used to seeing the best finishes in models and the “Imagine” was mediocre at best. Despite the Facebook marketing about custom homes the light fixtures, flooring, tile, windows and closets all looked like a cookie cutter mass produced spec home. I bet most decent finishes are an upgrade. I am not sure they even have an in-house architect which is a must have in my opinion for a truly custom build experience. The owner seemed too busy to answer my questions so it was easy to walk away.
