We had an excellent experience working with Paradise Builders for our deck replacement. Mel was incredibly helpful and patient in working through the design. He was quick to respond to our inquiries and took great care in designing. The build team led by Devin including Zach, Arne, Joe, Mike, Jeremy and Nick were fantastic. They kept us informed of status throughout the project, made great suggestions where needed and their work is top notch. They are truly gifted in their craft and I’m so glad they were assigned to our job. Would definitely use Paradise Builders again for a future project!

My wife and I had Paradise Builders design, plan, and build our new home. Throughout the process we were so pleased with how professional, friendly, and informative the staff were with us. We have used Paradise Builders many times and the results have always been fantastic. This past summer we added a new deck and patio to our home and once again Paradise did an amazing job. There are so many elements that go into a quality engagement and Paradise succeeds on all points. From concept, planning, scheduling, construction, project management and commercial details, the entire Paradise team excels on all points. Plans are creative, budgets on exact and managed carefully, and the skills of the crews that did the work, was as usual extraordinary. We had some special challenges due to requirements from our HOA, and Paradise as usual was creative and helped up achieve our objectives. We decided to add a 440 sq.ft. first floor addition to our 50 yr old two story home, consisting of a bedroom and a bath/laundry room so we can age in place. We were lucky that Paradise was doing a garage/laundry room addition for my wife's brother so we were able to see the quality of materials and workmanship (both excellent) that came with choosing Paradise for our project. We didn't price the project with other builders since we liked what we saw from Paradise. Our plan was developed with the help of Paradise's Kevin Anundson. We gave Kevin our budget, met with him a number of times and developed a plan that was comfortably within our figure. We chose to go with a full basement even though it was an area where we could have reduced the price of the project by a sizable amount by going with a crawl space. I'm glad we did since I now have a large workshop area which I really enjoy. From the start of the basement to the final tweaks of the sub-contractors the project went smoothly. Of course there were some glitches which is to be expected in a big project but the problems were resolved quickly. My wife and I were really impressed with the work ethic of all of the players in the project, both from the Paradise crew and also from the sub-contractor crews. They all worked pretty much non-stop the entire time they were here each day. Paradise's crew members Devom, Matt and Liz all did magnificent work. If they had questions they asked, they didn't just proceed onward without our input. Are we glad we did the addition, absolutely. Would we recommend Paradise to others planning to build, without hestation.

While shopping several remodeling companies for a complete basement finishing project from scratch, we found Paradise Builders of Waukesha. My husband and I were introduced to Kevin Anundson, one of their Sales/Design Consultants with whom we generated a rapport when he visited our home. Kevin and his brilliant design partner Stephanie were the creative team that turned our vision and ideas into a workable reality within our budget. They went above and beyond our expectations to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire 6-month project which doubled our living space.
