I built a house with Regency in 2016 and I’ll be honest—I was initially skeptical about builders in general. Over the years, I’d heard too many horror stories and was prepared for delays, cost overruns, and surprises around every corner. But working with Regency Builders completely changed my outlook.

From the start, their team (especially Kevin) communicated clearly, explained the timeline, and made sure we were informed at every step. During the build, I had a few last-minute updates and tweaks. Every time I asked for something, Regency gave me honest options, explained the pros and cons, and implemented changes smoothly. They were genuinely easy to work with and to come to an agreement.

We built our home with Regency Builders in 2010-2011. They are a GREAT general contractor! They were so easy to work with for the designing our home all the way through the build process. Once building started there were, of course, some changes but Regency did not charge exorbitant "change fees" as other builders do; fees were minimal and hardly worth mentioning here except that the minimal fees for changes were a very pleasant surprise! Regency's subcontractors did great work and to date we have had no problems at all, except we did have a small roof leak in a portion of the roof covered by metal roofing material. The leak did not occur for 3-4 years after we occupied the house. We contacted Regency and they came in and ultimately found the issue: the metal roof had a small leak that required the entire metal roof to be replaced. The replacement occured with no charge to us. No other builder on earth would have done this years after the builder "warranty" expired. Regency Builders is a class act. They care about their customers long after the build is complete. If I ever build another custom home I will certainly use Regency Builders again. What a great, stand-up company. I highly recommend them, without any reservations whatsoever.
